The location of the hotel was good,staff courteous,room was spacious,washroom though needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness.But food was not good

it was good experience. Staff was polite and supportive but hotel per day stay cost was expensive as compared to room size and facilities

the check-in and check out were smooth and friendly. stay was good. restaurant is average. needs to be more streamlined and more varieties needs to be maintained. patient friendly diet is available as most inmates come for apollo hospitals treatment. room ambience is good. entertainment is poor. Good that management obliges small requests. totally safe and secure.

The Room was exactly same as the images shown in make my trip All the amenities mentioned were available. The service staff were available to help. Overall the stay was very very good

The stay at the hotel was good, but the food could be improved. It would also be great if fresh juice is made available. If the hotel also had a gym facility, it would be an excellent choice for stay in all aspects.

The Hotel Room Toilet was full of bad smells, hence they transferred me to another Room, however that Rooms also had the same problem. However the Service was good. They will not give wifi for their own room tv and they will not adjust not even 1 hour if u give the double booking amount their food is even more terrible south indian food made by north Indians worst food ever i payed for breakfast and went outside to take due to their bad quality food. Bed is soo small and we will get service only after 1 hour.

no proper parking no vellet also small road because of no parking the road is getting choked

Lack of parking space. Since the property is in small gully people have trouble getting parking space on road so atleast if they have a vallet parking system would avoid lot of issues. Room is small.

Food is excellent ,comfortable stay ,location is very near to apollo hospital main building ,staffs are very helpful and well mannered and good rooms at this price
