location- street is too narrow, difficult for car to enter. No tea, coffee, food available at the hotel. They do not care to guide for available restaurants nearby even for tea. Room is alright but service is pathetic. they don't even try to assist with anything. The street is narrow. narrow hotel reception. there is no space to sit and talk with anyone at reception, they don't allow anyone in the room even for 10 minutes. Very strange.I stayed there for 4 days. they are reluctant to change the bedsheet even after two days!

Very clean rooms and we got room services related to cleaning. Staffs are humble and cooperative. They don’t provide utensils so better to arrange beforehand if you plan to eat inside the room. Otherwise everything is good. Place is safe and hygienic

Room and toilet was good, neat and clean. AC was not having proper cooling and was making noise. AC needs to be serviced. Good and cooperative staff. Located inside congested street but ideal to access major establishments.

The Location was good! Cleanliness was a big win. First time I had zero sights of cockroaches. Kitchen facility was a life saviour. The only con was, lack of fridge. But rest was amazing. And manager was also very kind 👌🏼
