The room was clean and comfortable.

The behavior of the staff is very rude, especially the reception. I was forcibly charged Rs. 200 because I arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes before the check-in time. When I said I will wait, they said it can be late. If you pay the money, they will give you the room right away, otherwise they will keep you waiting for a long time. I needed a glass in my room to drink water. After repeatedly asking at the reception, I was finally given a dirty glass. During my stay there, the room was never cleaned, nor were the bedsheets changed. The staff, especially the manager/receptionist, are very rude, aggressive, Please stay away from this hotel.

location- street is too narrow, difficult for car to enter. No tea, coffee, food available at the hotel. They do not care to guide for available restaurants nearby even for tea. Room is alright but service is pathetic. they don't even try to assist with anything. The street is narrow. narrow hotel reception. there is no space to sit and talk with anyone at reception, they don't allow anyone in the room even for 10 minutes. Very strange.I stayed there for 4 days. they are reluctant to change the bedsheet even after two days!
