Room is very old,toilet is bad and ac average

Decent rooms, excellent location. Poor air conditioning

Good location. Average rooms. Cleanliness wise need to be improved. Very old property. But location is heart of city.

Please cancel my bus ticket on make my trip and refund the money as soon as possible.

Very bad, no bed sheet, towel, soap, tv, internet, ventilation, teared bed. Worst experience

Location - perfect. Food - no dining facilities. Amenities - one has to take the steps to reach the reception on the 2nd floor. Many a time, the lift is not operational

The rooms are very expensive and if there is confusion. The hotel manager is very rude and doesn't want to help. He backs off and says it's your problem. Taps not working and hot water is given separately in the bucket. Very bad experience

The hotel staff was good and supportive. Their restaurant also have good food, i enjoyed the south indian accent of food.

No hot water in the bathroom. It was told that the hot water will be given from a bucket brought from outside. Tea jug was found in plastic damaged and shaby. Tv subscription expired; no tv for one day.

I was allotted a room on the top floor. The room was somewhat clean. The washroom and other facilities were ok.

Room very bad maintenance and some bad smell also

Safe stay for any single women save environment and the staff are well mannered.

Good for family stay and center of the location with the good veg hotel in ground floor
