The room was pathetic. Toilet was dirty. No room cleaning has been done in my 2 nights stay. The fan create so much noise. Bedsheets were extremely dirty, i have to use my own bedsheet. Pillows are literally dead, there is no softness in the pillows.

familyOur stay at Faazil Mansion had a rocky beginning but the staff was extremely polite and co-operative and made our stay comfortable. There were a couple of issues that I would like to highlight: 1. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. 2. The water from the air conditioning was leaking in the washroom. 3. Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was tiny. 4. We had to extend our stay for a day, we were charged 50% more than the rate we had booked at.

Room is very good. Marina Beach is very near. So, the location is very good.
Likely, room is good very clean. Disliked, plugs point bad performance. So, the 2 plug points we needed.
