Hotel management could not able to control guests and their staffs who are roaming in the lobby around rooms throughout the night. Bachelor boys were smoking in the lobby and playing loud music in the night. Someone knocked our rooms ( spinsters stayed) continuously around 1 pm and we also complained to hotel incharge. Then hotel incharge took the complaint seriously and he did night rounds to avoid any further complaints. There was a cctv but not sure hotel management took any action. Overall, food is good and rooms are comfortable. The only issue is safety concerns

Room was big, but very old and toilet was not neat. Very limited car parking. But could park on that day.

Very worst hotel. The contact person you mentioned is not turning into hotel. Rooms like godown/store room. I don't know the meaning of deluxe room.
