Terrible reception, Bad rooms , AC water dripping , bathrooms are left with old soaps , they say breakfast available , but they order from outside , which is not even hot , no towels etc

triple deluxe room: room is average, mayuraa doesn't have restaurant so complimentary breakfast is not available even though it said complimentary breakfast is included. overall it's average stay.

Location and main road access are great

There were cockroaches around the room. Jet was not working. Dustbins were broken. Staff was not responsive. If we ask for something they will take 1 hour to respond. Phones were not working. Room were not clean very bad experience any other room can be booked with this much high price

The room was very dingy, with dim lighting and there was dust on the surfaces, making it quite evident that the space hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The overall atmosphere felt neglected and uninviting.”

5000 rs.can be paid for a 3 star hotel.very costly for that room.no restaurant for even coffee or tea.from outside they are arranging.one bell boy for the hotel.no tissue papers in the bathroom and the size of the bathroom too small.coffee, dinner everything we had order through swiggy.pathetic.actually u should charge 2000rs for that room.make my trip should verify the pricing whether its worth it for the cost need to check.totally disappointed with make my trip and hotel

I had asked for gst tax invoice and sent a mail not received till now

Half an hour drive from airport. No food. No cutlery. Soiled towel. Got only one. Torn pillow covers. Dirty bedsheets. Only good behaviour by front desk. Helped to book a cab.

The hotel was priced very high to the facilities and amenities it offers to the guests. I have booked a suite room, but they offered me a standard room saying that they haven’t received the booking confirmation. they offer a breaks fast ( 3 idli ) in a packet like a roadside shop. This was never expected after paying tat tariff. The shower in the bathroom was horrible and the sofa and furniture in the room was unclean and lot of stains.

We stayed for 2 says. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Lift facility is available. Staff are cooperative and helful. Bathroom is clean, hot water is available in bathroom. Hot water kettle is provided. Food not available.

Pleasant stay, excellent service and friendly staffs. Room was so good and clean. Will definitely prefer next time while visiting chennai and recommend to my friends as well.

Mayura residency is situated just off the main road of tambaram. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Check in and check out were quick. The room boys are energetic. The only drawback i found was the absence of a restaurant, within the vicinity. The closest veg restaurant available was famous adyar ananda bhavan which is about 600 mts walking distance and the good non vegetarian restaurant was dindigul thalappakatti, which is about one km away you can surely consider this calm and quiet place, if you are searching a decent budget hotel to stay in tambaram area

Clean property, courteous staff, water is good. Location is also good. We were on business trip, even recommend for families.

Well maintained rooms, well cleaned and hygienic bathrooms. Very calm and quite ambiance. Over all very good to stay with family.
