Review Of BALAJI RESIDENCY OPPOSITE TO KOYAMBEDU BUS STAND & METRO STATION

It was observed that Room Ac low only,another one mosquitoes so not worth money

Room very poor, Reception very poor, Food very bad, Room small size , Staff no respect , 24hrs Check out illa, Room cleaning illa,

Very bad service. They do know to how serve with customer on hotel industry. Argue with me and misbehave with me when my senior office staff wants to visit but thy not allowed.

No dedicated parking. No restaurant. Service poor. Ordered breakfast and not delivered even after one hour. The staff was rude. Not suitable for decent guys. It's just a dormitory stuff. Avoid if you're not travel-ling by bus.

Unfriendly staff, rude behaviour, took offence when i brought to their notice that the air conditioning is not working.

And we reached early one hour before time they asked one day rate it’s totally unfair and later he said to pay 1000 we came by far from chennai not even helping mind. They full of money minded

Room was ok with basic amenities. Good service. Advantage of being in central location was able to move to places using bus, auto, metro or cab.

It's good location if have planing business trip as this property located at omni bus stop & you may not need to pay or auto charges only for pick & drop from bus. Local conveyance is easily accessible as it's located at bus stand. Rooms are small, but adequate for business trip. Chairs are not tidy & may need to upgrade or may be cleaned well to use. It's not advisable to stay with family as locality is poor & badly maintained. Early check in charged 500 inr by reception counter, inspite of early check in requested in my mm t booking app and paid 125 inr extra.

Manager shankar and prakash was very helpful. Hotel property is very poor. I stayed cause i had no other option available.

1. The fan only runs at 5. If you try to change it to 4, 3, 2 or 1, it stops. 2. The centralised ac was very insufficient. 3. The breakfast (for which we paid along with the room rent) was very bad. We had to go out for breakfast, from the second day. 4. The place is totally unfit for family guests.

Good ambience and service, ac could be better in single room.

At balaji residency, staff was good and cooperative, i stayed there from 22nd march to 25th march, rooms are clean, washroom ok, but some worms keep on coming in bathroom, which disturbed a lot rest is ok

Safety and clean improve your ac accommodations

The close proximity to the omni bus stand make this stay an ideal place for travellers for quick refresh and on with their work. The stay is good as well.

Please don’t believe seeing the photos. Actual it’s not the same. Lots of mosquitoes, giving discounts won’t be satisfied by lodge owner so they will not give good quality rooms.

Unpleasant stay experience. Room was ok but staffs rude behaviour

Do not recommend the hotel to anyone. Absolute cheating. Dirty linen no hot water callous behaviour. A terrible experience. Make my trip should not endorse balaji residency. Coz it may affect your credibility. Of-course. Walls are shabby and dirty. Obviously not maintained. Furniture and curtains are so dirty that you wouldn't keep even your bags on them.

Cmbt and koyambedu are two metro stations which are walking distance from this hotel. No eating spot though.

This hotel is located at road whose one ends leads to temple and end leads to bus stop which leads to main bus stand, bakeries, tea/coffee shops and restaurants. With lift, its a blessing for elderies. I have stayed here in jun e 2022 and again staying in coming august 2022.

Clean & hygienic, calm, no any disturbances, rooms comfortable, overall good
