Good service and well maintained

It was good but there were small cockroaches in the room and in the dining area. Please look into it

The attitude of the staff were not good. No complementary water was provided.

The staff was helpful the room was very neat and tidy.

There were lot of cockroaches in the hotel room. One was crawling on the bed. I had booked for 2 nights but i checked out after staying 1 night. Suffered loss. Had to book another hotel. The room was smelling foul and I had to request for room freshner so that i can survive. Positives are it is walking distance from US consulate and the free breakfast is tasty.

Food is good quality, location is also good, pleasent, having all essential services

The service was very average and they didn't even give bottled water which is a basic thing acroos hotels.

Insects were in the room. Bathroom has cockroaches. Even after asking for insect spray did not get it. Paid for dinner but dinner was not served.

The hotel is well managed and near to US Visa consulate however the bathrooms are full of cockroaches. The manager was helpful and changed our rooms, still the new room had 2-3 cockroaches. This was the reason i rated this hotel low. Pests are unacceptable

Location of the hotel was spot on. Everything else about this hotel is good. the only aspect which annoyed us was the presence of cockroaches in the room when we went back to sleep. Location wise it is 💯 Perfect

Property location is good who is visiting Chennai, very near to US Consulate. Staff and facilities are up to date as per comfort stay is concerned. Best to book through Make My Trip to avail discounts and more features.

1. Hotel Staff was very good and helpful, breakfast was ample and tasty. 2. The room provided was infested with lots of cockroaches. 3. They turned off AC and perhaps WiFi too at the time of checkout. 4. We requested and were denied any additional time in the hotel room. We wanted 30 min extra.
