Worst rooms not worth staying even for 500 rps. Bathroom condition was pethatic. Never book this hotel

The hotel was creaky and old,the food was average not that great,the water dispenser was not working,my room corridor was covered in darkness,the door of the bathroom didn't close and had to stay open,tv didn't work,no proper lighting in room.shitty experience

Just to mention again few of the main issues I see. - The bathroom door does not close - The bathroom has a huge hole in the ceiling -Plug points are out of the their socket - Bedsheets are torn - Curtains are also dirty - no parking for cars, i had to park in the road outside Hotel gate, mentioned in site as parking available.

Amenities and service is worst. Hotel clean and room clean worst

1. When asked to the duty manager. He said wifi services are not available. But there was wifi showing. 2. Bath Towel provided was not cleaned properly

Good Place to Stay. Budget friendly Excellent Complimentary breakfast as usual. Friendly staff who are supportive. I always choose this place whenever I visit SRM as it close to the campus and easy to commute

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at the hotel, My booking was made through your platform under my name. Upon arrival on the night of, I was immediately concerned by the state of the hotel premises. The lobby was dimly lit with only a single small light source, creating a hazardous environment. Due to the inadequate lighting, I was forced to use the flashlight on my mobile phone to navigate to the elevators. The conditions within my assigned room were even more alarming and fell far below acceptable standards of hygiene and comfort. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: * Bed Bugs: The presence of bed bugs was evident in the bedding. I experienced [Describe the evidence of bed bugs, e.g., bites, visible insects, stains on the sheets]. This made it impossible to have a restful or hygienic sleep. * Lack of Hot Water: Throughout my stay, there was no hot water available in the bathroom. This made basic hygiene practices uncomfortable and difficult. * Unclean Toilet: The toilet in my room was not clean upon my arrival. This further contributed to the unsanitary conditions of the room. These conditions made my stay at not only unpleasant but also deeply concerning from a health and safety perspective. The state of the hotel was a significant departure from the standards one would reasonably expect from a hospitality establishment and was certainly not worth the money paid. I request a thorough investigation into these issues and expect a satisfactory response outlining the steps you will take to address these serious deficiencies. It is totally worthless for the payment made by me please remove this hotel from your platform since it will reflect your credentials.

This is a lodge, not a hotel. Basic amenities include AC but the remote doesn't work, the toilet is so dirty that one doesn't feel like going there. As per this location, the room rate is ₹600 to ₹700

no telephone facility inside room. Room service is very poor. Non veg food is not available as per requirement. It is an average type hotel.

Hotel was not clean shady place with no amenities like towel soap shampoo nothing was provided it was better to stay on road than that hotel

Stayed in a deluxe double bed room, room not clean, bathroom taps not working properly. Bed sheets are in torn condition. Not worth the money.

Always power cut off only ac is running and other lights, fan not working due power trip. And phone charging unable to charge.

Toilet seat is obstructing the rest room pathway. Overall hygiene of the floor and restroom was poor. And the pillow covers and bed spreads and screens also not clean. No rods or hanger available for drying the dress.

Very nice and supportive staff. Arranged early check-in. Good location. The room is ok but bathroom/ & wash basin are not ok.

Very bad experience, first they say your booking is cancelled. They doesn't provide the room that i selected and paid for it. Overall very poor experience.

Wash room toilets are not properly maintained. I found different height of mattresses which disturbed the sleep. Room services are also proper
