Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent booking at Care Suites, Greams Road, Chennai made through MakeMyTrip. I had booked a Suite Room – 4 Bed (1 Queen Bed, 3 Adults) as shown on your website. However, upon check-in on 11th September 2025, the room allotted to me was not a suite. The room was very small, did not match the photos or description on the MakeMyTrip website, and was nothing like the suite I had paid for. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, I was told that the “Premium Suite” shown online was already occupied. This is misleading and unacceptable. Furthermore, the service quality was extremely poor. On the morning of 12th September 2025, there were no basic amenities in the room—no toothpaste, no soap, and not even towels. I had to repeatedly call the reception to request these essentials. Due to the late check-in time and my travel from Bangalore, I had no option but to stay despite being misled, as the booking was marked “non-refundable.” However, this experience was far below expectations and the property failed to provide the room and service I paid for. clearly show that it does not match the suite room displayed on your platform. In view of the above, I request a full refund at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt resolution. Best regards, Sandeep P
