I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the overall environment felt fresh and tidy. The food was also surprisingly good! Tasty, hygienic, and served hot. You can tell they pay attention to quality and cleanliness in the kitchen. Overall, I was really satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and food. Highly recommended for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

Excellent Stay
The rooms were clean and tidy, easy accessible location was a major plus for us. The breakfast was also good, especially the South Indian food. Overall a good experience.

Food is ok and location is easily accessible from both railway stations. But, Improvements can be made in room service and the bathroom is very very small. It's ok

Poor Stay
We are highly disappointed with the stay due to the following unresolved issues: • Despite repeated reminders, hot water was not arranged. • The bathroom door locks are rusted and cause discomfort while operating. • Water leaks out during flushing, creating an unhygienic environment. • There is no soap or shampoo stand provided in the bathroom, adding to the inconvenience. • We had specifically requested a single double coat bed arrangement, but it was not provided. Considering these shortcomings, the property is not worth the charge of ₹5,000 per day.

Not providing a good experience at this price point only looks good from outside inside rooms are small and not maintained bathroom tile is broken shower was not working in short property was not managed in good manner only plus point is its near to railway station

Good Stay
The facility is located in a prime area near Chennai Central Station. The food quality and quantity were good. The staff members were helpful, but there was a delay in check-in. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved.

One of the worst hotel in the Chennai.
Hi, I am staying 12 days in this hotel. Almost 3 times. I change the room some room as a railway problem, some room AC is not working, and I stay 9 to 10 days in 515 room lots of cockroaches in this room continues, I am complaining in this hotel management any good answer, I spray every day, bathroom and room but management. No answer,please do not go in this hotel.

We had a nice stay at hotel but few things need to be improved. Bathrooms are not upto the mark and room service is little slow. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. Taste of south indian food is not good need much improvement.

Very poor.. when asked for extra bed though booked for three adults they provided a nasty bed with unwashed bedsheets. Demanded rs 1500 extra . No fans. Stinking smell. No coffee power and sugar pockets
