Hotel Chennai Le Palace

Reception was ok. And the supportive staff are keen on getting tips. For that they are telling 24 hours hot water not available in room and they are bringing it from another floor. One irritating thing happened, I was in a good sleep early morning 4 am, one fellow rang the bell constantly and he asked my name, my room number and told sorry sir I rang the bell wrongly. After that event, I lost my sleep. Breakfast was average, I asked for half boiled but they told only omelet and dosa were very hard.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, which made the stay pleasant. However, the washroom had a foul smell, and the (dinner - Soup) food was excessively salty, which affected the overall experience.

Pathetic experience. My invoice not yet issued by make my trip. Please issue me the invoice.

Room service is pathetic...you need to call 5 to 10 times to gat any needed things...bathrooms are not clean....Reception people show too much attitude...Overall a bad experience

I booked incorrect dates to start with. I had a family emergency and requested for a date change. The property did not honor my request even though I was not able to check in . I would expect that a property like this would be flexible under extenuating circumstances. I would not book there again.

Food is poor and property ambience is not good . Facilities in bathroom are not good

The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made my stay uncomfortable. For the high price, the standards were disappointing. Food was just average. Overall, not worth the cost.

Extremely poor service, no timely response, no refilling of toiletries, if you don't ask they will not give kettle also, I will not even give 1 star to this 5 star hotel. Every place stinks here. Best rooms -Totally clean and even the bath towels were good ..rooms was neat and clean with clean bed sheets e--Breakfast was awesome

Very terrible experience in that Ghost hotel. Please don't book it. They torcher every minute, every Second.

The hotel was at a good location, but not value for money,the standard room for 4k is absurdly small and dingy.complimentary breakfast was not upto the mark.

I spent 3 room in different floor and found ok. Room design is also not very good and bath toilet is dirty. Even one bathroom has bad smell during my stay

The room they allocated to me is not at all good. Only ceiling shower is there, which is rusted and not worked properly! The corner of rooms are dusted Local soaps are provided, I got allergic. Rude response from the reception over the call (note-night shift person). No call back from the reception while the call is busy. I requested for a call back but no response from the reception. Towels are not much neat. Their own filter-water bottles are provided. No napkins provided. No hair dryer provided. In the basin, sink filter is not there. Almost missed my jewellery while getting ready..luckily not happened
