Non proportional employees and un cleaned room hotel premises, even they don’t know about tiffin complimentary, there no cleaned drinking water, very bad experience, it’s just a local lodge

The room was nice and clean, bathroom was also functional and clean, hot water worked. I wasn't given any breakfast though, even though the it was mentioned that breakfast would be available, i'm willing to let that go though, as i was busy with back to back confrence related runs, so maybe i didn't have time to communicate this or maybe i just missed it.

I usually prefer to travel alone and it was also a Solo trip of mine, and the stay was a memorable one. It was very comfortable and pleasant. The staffs were very much helpful and very attentive to their guests. The hotel located in the center of the City, so all I can say that it was an awesome experience.

Need good water for toilets and congested room. No service persons available. Initially they told room was not available even after I got confirmation from MakeMyTrip. I wonder how. After waiting 15 mins they given a room. Need to improve hospitality.
