Cleanliness is not to the mark, not a family hotel

Reasonable quality. Water keeps dropping from a/c duct which through the bathroom ceiling while using the same. That could have been taken care off. Othwrwise it’s excellent

Nice hotel, close to arumbakkam metro station. Although the room rent included breakfast, it was not a buffet as expected. They served only idle sambar packed from an outside hotel. Wifi didn't work.

I always stay in this hotel when i am in chennai. The staff is polite and the hotel is located near the bus stop, hence commute is easily accessible

We booked 3 rooms. When the 1st customer went to check in at 12 noon. They said there is no booking accepted by them and said the money would be refunded, after a short struggle they made to wait for an hour and then gave a room at 1pm. At that time itself told that the second room would be checked in at 4pm, but when the 2nd customer came they were also asked to wait for an hour. The room which they have, the ac went off at the middle of night, they had to sleep uncomfortably. Luckily the 3rd check in didn't have any problem.

Hotel is average but it is oyo hotel. Outside food is not allowed .

Not so clean. The walls had tea and coffee.

reception desk was polite and considerate. Room was neat and tidy. A good stay overall.

Breakfast had no taste and variety. It was served inside the room. We had to fight to get basic things like dishes and spoons and bowls. The rooms were small.
