The stay was amazing! The restaurant food was delicious, the room was clean and hygienic, and the room service was excellent with quick responses. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The experience was good overall. The stuff was kind and service was overall better. Food and amenities was fine.

bathroom leaking, cocroaches, shower broken, struggle for basics, hotel staffs has no clue, no control, only stupid smile and Sorry face.

We arrived at around 2 30 pm. The staff welcomed us and did the initial paperwork in no time. they recommended good food spots nearby and got the roo. ready in no time. they even extended the checkout time by 2 hrs which was very helpful for us

Won’t recommend this hotel as the 250 sqft is obv not true and I would not choose this hotel at this price range.

Rooms were not ready even after 8pm. Maintenance and housekeeping is poor. Lobby had leakages. Room service was slow and pathetic. 4 calls were required to get towel in the room. They closed restaurant at 10pm withoutbinforming and asked to order from swiggy.

It was a pleasant stay. Staffs were very courteous and hospitable! Property needs serious upgrades though in beds, bathroom fittings and ACs! Better Maintenance and new fittings etc can bring the needed uplift for this place! The food was good and discounts on food bills is an added advantage for ppl who travel and stay and do not have to shed money in swiggy/zomato Also property is in a very prime locality in City which is very convenient! Overall a 3.5 out of 5 for the service, food quality, convenience of commutation. Needs upgrades and renovation wherever possible

we checked in 12/07/25 checked out 13/0725.very poor ac effect..we sweat like anything..i complained night and morning..no one came and rectify it.no response from hotel side.My wife got severe headache. we had restless sleep..very worst experience. kindly advise the staffs to respond customers complaint..

room service is very bad , inspite of 7 to 8 times reminder they will revert . rooms are not cleaned, foods are too costly, they don't have people to clean or services..

Our stay was for 2 nights the check-in process on Saturday afternoon was quite delayed (from 14:45p.m -15:50p.m) due A/C issue in the vacant rooms and lobby , all the guests had to wait patiently for an hour, until our rooms were made ready. The Executive room had a king size bed nearly made & A/C was working perfectly fine, washrooms were decent (although could do better with cleanliness). Hot water (solar) was not available and had to ring up the reception and raise a complaint which duly resolved in the next 15mins or so. Parking space for cars is pretty cramped but valet is available. Complimentary breakfast spread was hand down awesome (don't miss it). Even the ala- cart menu for lunch was really good. The restaurant offers really good food & Beverages. Room tv set up box offers several channels for our entertainment (except Star channel packages). The check-out process was pretty smooth given the MMT pre- booking. The location is a great positive near by to several eateries (within 2kms from Anna Nagar).Overall, our stay was quite pleasant and recommend travellers to give this place a chance next time your in Chennai. Property were not neat , some rooms was not properly air conditioned.. I have to ask for new room as initial one was suffocating with proper air conditioning

team seriously lot of hotels I'm book in MakeMyTrip seriously I think good but 24th may'25 I book Blue iris seriously worst experience actually for me check in time as 24th may'25 12pm but I'm call to blue iris reception at 4pm I'm told sir I wil check in within 5 pm,but in reception told you can check in at 7.30pm there is not available room there saying,,, one thing team actually check in time 12 to 12 right but why there saying that there no available rooms then why MakeMyTrip taking that booking,,, waste of money,,there given 8.30pm room for me then both towel as there and water as not there

Booked a supervisor room and made a specific request for a large bed, high floor and non smoking room. But the management gave us a twin sharing two small beds, and a room with a pungent smoking smell. Bathroom was horrible and had a bad smell, shower was pouring like a tap, no bucket also. Called the reception for a change of room but no response from their side. Pretty bad experience.

Average hotel....Restaurant infested with cockroaches. Bathroom slippery and one has to fear for his life

The room size is good, cockroach in rooms and bathroom, check in got delayed and to top it the room was right below the restaurant, u can hear all the chairs moving sounds waking you up early. Staff is okay, housekeeping is good. got a late check out which was helpful. Location wise it's a good one. Room service is good.
