Good maintenance and comfortable rooms with working tv. Rare to get it at this rate that too this close to Chennai Central.

No cleaning, no hot water, not proper ambience

The best thing is the property's location literally a 5 min walk from Chennai Central. Another good thing that i found was free water purifier service. The major issue here is hygiene as i found a couple of insects in the bathroom

very bad experience, the hotel staff had very bad behaviour.no regular cleaning,rooms remaining dirty, towel , bedsheet is not changed.breakfast is given after 10 times repetitive request.washroom is not cleaned.MMT took a little care about these complaints (they are interested in booking and buisness only). what a bad quality of service! totally harassment!

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, rooms are too dirty, Bathing water smells like fish, bedsheets are dirty, mattresses are broken, dust in the room. Unhygine room. We were not able to sleep the whole night. Faculty is non cooperative. I asked for help to bike my park and one guy from the hotel faculty told me that it is not my duty. I recommend not to stay here.
