worst experience ever. Bad smell in Room. Tv wont work. Nothing will match with the photos . Very old building they havnt maintained well.

the ambience is quite cool and moreover the receptionist is very amiable and delivers everything perfectly the main thing for the attraction of the lodge is connected to the hotel which is down floor !!

The hotel is not as seen in photographs, its bang on the road with some under construction work going on in the hotel ground floor. I went with two large banga but no one was there to help as i had to steep climb 30 steps to get to my room. The room ends as soon as it starts. We were two but they provided one towel which was used one. I asked to provide two towel they gave one after me visiting reception multiple times finding no one there to attend. They gave me breakfast masala dosa in plastic bag with chutni and sambhar packed in plastic bags without any plate or spoon, when asked they said foiled paper is provided to eat it as packaging. When asked for hot water they didn’t had it, upon request they provided with immersion heater. Bathroom didn’t had any stool to sit as bath if i have to bath using bucket. All they provided was dental kit which was not required and one water bottle. My worst experience in Chennai even after paying ₹2000 per day with tax. Room tv remote not working, ac room was not provided with fix temperature at 17 deg, fan regulator not working it works only on top speed. This is my worst MMT booking, MMT to note and refund me for such bad experience

I had a very bad experience at that hotel. First, there was a power cut and no one turned on the generator or UPS — I was sweating the whole time, which was very disappointing. Second, the TV wasn’t working. Overall, it was a total waste.

Booking confirmed from MakeMytrip , but when we visit the hotel, the rooms are full. Also they are not cancelling the room to get my refund

It'd totally disappointing situation when i entered the hotel room as they showed me 2 rooms but both are so dirty and not clean and full of hair, not at all cleaned the room. The heater was not working, the bathroom was totally not hygienic. Thanks

Well maintained properties & staffs are very polite & pleasing manner. Breakfast served from good hotel. Clean & tidy rooms with cupboards. Good & pleasing manners of staff, clean & tidy rooms with cupboards

The rooms were good but problem of cleanliness. Other things no issues.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel staff was cooperative in every aspect and allowed me to modify the date of the hotel booking when by mistake i booked the hotel twice.

No hygiene, sells double room as triple room congested room, lock not working, geyser not there, unclean bedsheets, un maintained room. Worst thing if you book, be ready to sleep on floor.

There's no parking space, the place isn't tidy, and the bathroom is filled with unpleasant and unpleasant odors. Refused to refund the amount of the check-out within 10 minutes of checkin. In my opinion, these hotels are suitable for families. Your reputation will suffer if you have partnerships with hotels like this. Could you assist me with the refund?

I reached late night only and they don’t hv car parking facility there also shower was not coming good enough water and water filter was also not working

Hotel not clean in the room. Toilet not clean. My stay was for very short period. Ac good. Near to airport is good point to stay. Value for money

I booked that hotel just because my train was delayed. Ok you can stay for 4-5 hours in that hotel but not more than that

Too much distance from g ream road. During booking it show 820 meter but actual distance is 25 km. I am frustrated.

Maintenance was very bad. The air conditioner is not working properly, there is no dustbin and there are other problems.

Hotel is not in use. Full of dust every where. No hot water. Bathroom flush not working. The room was mopped and cleaned after we arrived.

This is a very bad experience, staff behaviour to room and service total very very bad. I really don't like it, never stay here. Sometimes power up and down, mosquitoes etc. Total west of money
