The food place where we eat was not safe. I didn't like the one thing is the free water availability as in all other hotels it provides. The half liter water bottle costs 10 ruppe took from me 20 rupees and only one litre per day is free . We are four members, how it can be possible to survive in one litre water ...

Sports channels are not working at all for all the things we need to call the room service and AC also is not working, so the stay was not fully satisfied for each and everything we need to call the room service and the geyser is not working, we are about to get ready in early morning, but geyser is not working at all . so lot of discomfort During the stay

Property location is near to tambaram bus stop/station. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Receptionist Satish and Alrifa were very polite and helped us for our questions. Managers Jeyaprakash and Partipan were polite and provided good hospitality.

The stay was peaceful and the rooms were very clean. The fan was remote controlled and the room had centralised AC. The bathroom was spacious and the room had good safety lock too. The only drawback was the breakfast menu and food options at the hotel were very limited and average. So I had to order online from outside.

The hotel is clean peaceful and staff is very friendly i have few suggestions. The steps in hotel are slippery and there is no width. Either you do something to make it less slippery or may be due to the cleaning liquid you using it may be like that. First step in 1st floor towards down is dangerous, better use lift. When calling reception number 9 nobody picked the call. So i need to go 2 to 3 times reception. Dish not working properly. Rest all things are fine food is good.

I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. Nothing was as advertised. The room looked completely different from what was shown. The food was terrible, and to make things worse, there was only one switch controlling all the lights in the room, with no night lamp at all! if you need hot water for a shower, be prepared to call the reception at least 4-5 times before they even bother to send someone. Basic amenities like towels, dental kits, and other essentials, which should be standard in any hotel room, were not provided unless you specifically asked for them. The service was shockingly poor, and the staff seemed totally indifferent to guest needs. To make matters even more frustrating, after checkout, i received a call claiming that items like a hanger were missing from the room! it's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. My advice: if you're unlucky enough to stay here, take a video of the entire room when you arrive, or they might try to charge you for things you didn't take. In short, this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and think twice before booking a room here.

Overall i was very happy on my stay here, just a few suggestions though for safety especially for women staying alone, there should be a lock or any kind of locking measures from inside the room. Since there was not facility, even for a double lock from within, there was a fear that somebody who had the key could have opened the door from outside when we were sleeping. Safety particularly for single women need to be addressed, also there was a lot of noise of people talking or maybe a party going on that disturbed both the nights, not sure why it was because of, else a special mention about the staff, they were very helpful and available all the time. Property location is good. They maintain good hygiene. Room is well maintained & decorated. Good for stay

The rooms was clean but the bed spreads was little dirty. After informing to the staffs they changed. Soaps, tooth brush can be kept for usage of guests. Food was really good. On the whole good stay 4. 5/5

Room was nice. However, there was water leaking from the ceiling just outside my room door and there was water on the floor as well. Food options were limited although i tried their onion and masala dosa and both were good. However, they allow outside food so i mostly ordered from swiggy. Location is around 20-25 mins from airport. Don't get confused with another hotel with almost the same name treebo golden swan airport.

Clean rooms, polite staff, quiet place. Food tastes great. They offer complimentary breakfast. Services were good.
