Rooms are smelly, very short, there are no exust in any room. But washroom also in bad conditions, walls are in bad conditions.

The room was okay, the staff was polite. The geyser was not working and was not given a different room even though the hotel had unbooked rooms. I had to do away with cold water. I checked out and left the hotel in 5 hours.

Stay was pretty good and the care takers are so helpfull, property is clean with good amenities

We stayed at itsy hotels nv on our trip to rishikesh and it was a great experience. the entire property is very clean and well maintained. We got free breakfast with our booking. The property owner and its staff are very kind and polite. We highly recommend this hotel.

Deluxe room i booked have no proper ventilation, no exhaust in bathroom (room no. 104. Food is average, tea they is not good. Overall average stay. Loaction is good, staff frendly.

My recent stay at Itsy Hotels NV was an unfortunate experience marred by several significant issues. One of the most concerning problems was the lack of proper ventilation in one of the rooms. The bathroom, in particular, was devoid of an exhaust fan, leading to unpleasant odors and poor air quality. This lack of ventilation not only affected comfort but also posed potential health risks. The service provided by the hotel staff was equally disappointing. Despite multiple calls, staff members were often delayed in responding to requests, leaving guests waiting for extended periods. This lack of timely service significantly impacted the overall guest experience. The breakfast offered was both limited and unsatisfactory. With only two items on the menu, the choices were extremely restricted. Moreover, the quality of the food was subpar, leaving much to be desired. To add to the inconvenience, the hotel lift was out of order throughout my entire stay. This was particularly problematic for elderly guests like my grandfather, who faced significant difficulties navigating the stairs. Overall, my stay was a disappointing one. The combination of poor room conditions, subpar service, limited and low-quality breakfast options, and the non-functional lift resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations.

It was not very pleasant experience. No water in washroom in night and shower is not working. There is very frequent power cut.

Hotel does not have proper parking, parking entrance is very narrow with sharp turns and huge metal angles at wall, my car had a huge dent due to that. Kitchen service slow and hotel does not have a proper restaurant. Hotel ia in a very narrow gallery and my car had a dent due to that. May be they should not claim to have a parking. So that people with vehicle should not check in and have this kind of damage

We checked into a standard room. The bedsheets were not changed from earlier visit and had hair all over. Very average stay.

we stayed for two days, room was good but no fresh air ventilation in room as window & balcony was locked by hotel, breakfast was decent. staff was good, location was good as main road was 100 mtr walking. shivpuri was 12 km arnd, trivenighat was 3-4 km arnd, no over crowd in this area(tapovan. and we found 2 Wheeler easily there. dipakbhai, the owner our two Wheeler who was such kind person. this is his number

Hotel location is in tapovan but in a hill means road is not visible, room was ok but staff is too rude and refuses for everything, breakfast only gave paratha and poha no other thing was there. Behavior of staff is too rude
