Terrible Stay

First of all, the hotel is very small and situated away from the main city which can bother your travelling. 1. Everytime you need food, you need to drive to city which is definitely a headache; that's about locality. 2. The complimentary breakfast that they mentioned in app isn't actually there in real. I asked for breakfast at around 9am in the morning and the receptionist said, the food is not available now since it's weekend.(I had a 3 days stay) We had to eat outside for that day. 3. There's no real room service everyday which is painful. One more thing is if you're carrying lot of luggages, please keep in mind that you need to carry them yourself, no one will help to take it to rooms. 4. The rooms are not near/clean. You can literally see spider web everywhere. Didn't enjoy at all. Waste of money. 5. Lastly, when we first arrived here since we didn't like anything about the hotel, we thought of changing it and asked for cancellation charges and someone called Arul(from Treebo) assured us of shifting to a different hotel and then denied doing so. Hence we had to stay where we didn't like to stay for 3 days.

It was an average experience. The tv wasn't working, and despite informing the front desk, the issue wasn't resolved. No water bottle was provided initially, and i had to repeatedly ask for one. Although the room was small, the bedding linen was clean.

Rooms were neat and tidy. However, there were small issues which were not at all bothered like door latches, timely breakfast etc. There is no water purifier at the premises and we need to depend on availability of water bottles which may not be available at night.

soloGreat location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

soloThey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Stay is nice. It's located in a serene region. Also it is closer to madikeri just 14 kms away. This town is directly connected to highway which makes it easy to reach. Also chiklihole dam and dub-are elephant camp is closer to this location. Hotel is new and the staff is good.
