familyRooms were well built but extremely dirty, not maintained at all. Mulitple insects and spider webs all around, flooring was not swiped for months. Even when we asked to clean the floor, he came with a dirty and semi dry mop, wasnt helpful. Lastly, the manager and care taker were unaware that the property is listed as prat friendly and were trying to curb our complains regarding cleanliness on the name of pets.
