The stay was excellent but I was charged extra 1000 Rs for staying two hours more. While it was said that it can be free for 2 hours

Dirty Rooms
I’ve booked two same rooms but one room was comparatively smaller. Rooms were dirty, dustbins were not emptied. Not a nice experience.

soloNice, clean simple room for a short stay & in a market complex. Basic treebo toiletries provided. Complimentary breakfast is limited & simple. Staff behavior is extremely good. Furniture is also simple.

Bathrooms are poorly ventilated, breakfast was included but it is just a farmality small portion of upma was served. Over all not maintaining properly

familyRooms were well built but extremely dirty, not maintained at all. Mulitple insects and spider webs all around, flooring was not swiped for months. Even when we asked to clean the floor, he came with a dirty and semi dry mop, wasnt helpful. Lastly, the manager and care taker were unaware that the property is listed as prat friendly and were trying to curb our complains regarding cleanliness on the name of pets.

Hotel stay ideal for one-day stay. Staff was supportive. Some points to be considered like, cleanliness, rooms were not like we have seen on the mmt site, location is too far and at-least hotel's contact details should be there on the website so we can search it easily.

Everything was good, food, room and all. The only location is very far away from the city and also the night check in process is very tough, no answer to phone calls. We hardly found the hotel.
