Good experience
Good experience. Descent interaction by the receptionist guy. The rooms were clean and tidy. There was a little delay of half an hour for the check-in compensated by a delayed checkout. Nice option for this price range.

Excellent Stay
It was an excellent stay. The hotel is situated barely 750 metres from MGR Central. Avoid booking an auto and exit via the Parcel Office gate. The staff are extremely courteous, helpful, and will accomodate your early check-in or late check-out requests if possible. Highly recommended for a stay here among the other hotels in the same vicinity. Consider this for your next family stay.

It was excellent stay at Bhima,s inn . The receptionist madam was really very friendly, nice and helpful. She was genuinely interested in customers who were staying there. All the staffs were also very courteous and friendly. Thanks for the nice stay.

It was close to central and a okay place. The hotel is old and kept functional. Bed linen and towels were not good at all. Washed but very dirty.

good experience
I had a really good experience as the staff was helpful as I checked in late, I requested for a late checkout which was provided by the hotel and it’s located next to the station which is a plus point for who are transiting, the toilet was clean and AC cooling was proper.

Good Stay
Review: It was pleasant experience and staffs are polite and helpfull. Only the rooms are not sound proof outside noice sometime feels like disturbing and bed sheet wan not given only blankets provided. Overall its a good place to choose for the amount they charge.

No water for an hour
Have anyone experienced water running out because the water motor was not switched on and guest has to call the reception to switch it on? Even when they did it after my call and said water will come on tap in 5 mins, it came after an hour. Hopeless lady receptionist at the reception

Receptionist not appropriate
While this hotel is good, the lady receptionist during day time makes unnecessary comments and always gets into arguments. I mostly stay in this hotel when I come to Chennai since 2018. This lady receptionist has been there for the last 1 or 2 years if I am correct, the guys managing earlier were much better. Bed is not proper maintaining for sleeping. Bed cover with pillow cover is dirty. It is near about 900 meters from MAS Central Railway station but not 400 meters. Pl. rectify.
