This is not a Hotel, this is Lodge. Very poor room condition & very bad small in side of the room. No support from Make my trip call centre. But make my trip showing above 4 star rating.

Terrible experience, not as shows in pics, no shops or essentials in washroom, no cleaned towels , no clean room, no drinking water , no clear utensils, stop are not trained , lift is not good, rooms are smelly , not painted propertly, no study table inside room, open kitchen not at modular, utensils were kept in opens environment , high price with very bad services and facility

The location of this property is excellent, it is near to Apollo Children, Apollo Women and Apollo main block. The amenities in the rooms are good enough to stay there. Moreover the front desk staff and room attendant are good mannered and cooperate in all your requirement. Room was not allocated till 5:30pm.we had to wait till then. Room didn't have any utensils, only had a kettle to heat water . Terrible experience.

room was ok...but inadequate deinking water supply.first day not a single bottle was given,on the 2nd day after asking repeatedly 2 bottle was.we were 3 people,visited for medical purpose but our experience is very bad.at time of booking it was mentioned that deinking water will be provided,but they said they dont have any facility of serving drinking water.bathroom was very suffocated,always washroom was stinking.floor of the room is not even.kitchen was ok.such a hotel service from mmt is not at all expected.very disappointed.

The property is well maintained and has all the amenities as advertised, namely lift, ac, kitchen, washing machine in the deluxe room for 4 guests. It was clean and tidy, and the staff very polite and helpful. The location was also very convenient for me as it is walking distance from Apollo women's hospital and has many shops and restaurants nearby. Ideal for long term stay for patients with families if you are okay with the price

I came chennai first time for treatment in apollo hospital. Hotel convastay is near to apollo hospital . Location is good, local market and super market is very close so that one can buy his day to day items very easily. Mr. Victor was very helpful and humble, and staff was co-operative in nature. The room is with attached kitchen and all . U can cook food in the kitchen.It was very good stay of 02 days safe and secure and comfortable. I can easily recommend this hotel for any patient who is coming for treatment in chennai apollo.
