I had a terrible experience. Right from the check-in to check out. I had checked in alongwith my family in the night. Had tried to contact the hotel reception many times but no one replied. When we arrived at hotel, the receptionist informed that he was too busy to attend the calls. We were shown our room which smelled of smoked cigarettes, though we had asked for non smoking room. When argued, he showed us another room, which he said wasn’t listed in MakeMyTrip,and asked for ₹1500( without any bill) for upgrade. We checked in to that room after paying. This time, the washroom was smelly. Even after paying ₹5200, the room didn’t even have basic amenities like tea bags or cups, the room had seepage marks all over the ceiling and there were even cockroaches moving around the bed.. at the time of checkout, there was no one to help us with the luggage. The food was pathetic and overpriced. Half of the things are not available.

Upon your request for a better room, we offered an upgrade to our Executive Room, which was not listed on the MakeMyTrip portal. This upgrade was provided for ₹1500, as informed and agreed upon at check-in.Regarding the cigarette smell in the first room, we were not informed at the time. Had we known, we would have been happy to address the issue immediately or offer alternatives more proactively.We regret the condition you found in the upgraded room. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team for urgent review and action.At the time of checkout, we noted that your departure was around 1:30 PM, whereas our standard checkout time is 11:00 AM. Despite the nearly 2.5-hour extended stay, we charged only ₹1000 instead of the applicable half-day rate, as a gesture of goodwill.We also provided the billing documentation.
