    Worst stay!!!

    I had a terrible experience. Right from the check-in to check out. I had checked in alongwith my family in the night. Had tried to contact the hotel reception many times but no one replied. When we arrived at hotel, the receptionist informed that he was too busy to attend the calls. We were shown our room which smelled of smoked cigarettes, though we had asked for non smoking room. When argued, he showed us another room, which he said wasn’t listed in MakeMyTrip,and asked for ₹1500( without any bill) for upgrade. We checked in to that room after paying. This time, the washroom was smelly. Even after paying ₹5200, the room didn’t even have basic amenities like tea bags or cups, the room had seepage marks all over the ceiling and there were even cockroaches moving around the bed.. at the time of checkout, there was no one to help us with the luggage. The food was pathetic and overpriced. Half of the things are not available.

We would like to address the concerns you’ve raised and also clarify a few important points:You had originally booked an Elite Deluxe Double Room with an extra mattress. Upon your request for a better room, we offered an upgrade to our Executive Room, which was not listed on the MakeMyTrip portal. This upgrade was provided for ₹1500, as informed and agreed upon at check-in.Regarding the cigarette smell in the first room, we were not informed at the time. Had we known, we would have been happy to address the issue immediately or offer alternatives more proactively.We regret the condition you found in the upgraded room. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team for urgent review and action.At the time of checkout, we noted that your departure was around 1:30 PM, whereas our standard checkout time is 11:00 AM. Despite the nearly 2.5-hour extended stay, we charged only ₹1000 instead of the applicable half-day rate, as a gesture of goodwill.We also provided the billing documentation. WarmRegards, Kiran V

    Property with lots of promise and potential.

    It’s a pleasant place to stay, especially if you like to frequent Marina Beach. Well connected. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. Toilets rolls were not available but provided immediately on request. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food were excellent and reasonably priced. Didn’t feel the need to look for food elsewhere. Would feel nice if the towels were bleached & whiter looking. Noticed that some of the rooms were under renovation. Hopefully, a few nicks here and there will be ironed out. All in all, great value for your bucks.

    I was in a deluxe room. The room was spacious. Having most of the amenities. The hotel needs to improve in following areas: 1. Kindly provide toiletries on regular basis. 2. stability of wi fi needs improvement 3. tea and coffee maker's to be provided 4. The buffet breakfast is very much repeated every day. also try to provide eggs dishes as you have a non veg restaurant in house. currently most of the rooms are in renovation stage.

    This is second time we stayed at this hotel less than an year. Completely different experience second time. Rooms are not cleaned and washrooms worst. Towels are like cleaning cloths. Worst maintenance.

    The location is nice, food was good but the amenities and service was not upto the mark! i am a senior citizen of 69 yrs and a patient of cold with breathing troubles; i checked in on 16/01 and checked out on 19/01 but could not get running hot water from the beginning! hot water was served in a bucket twice after shouting over phone for one hour only. They changed my room in the last night but the seat cover of the commode was broken.
