Rooms were not clean. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Lift was not working.

room at 3 floor lift not working. was traveling with 1 year kid. so we no even stay in the booked room. room also not upto the expected level. was stayed in my friend room. at ground floor

current cutoff wash room dirty staff behaviour rude bed so bad AC not controlled room was dirty no towel provided also dental kit not provided

front office staff hospitalit is very poor

If you are visiting SRM and planning to book this hotel highnest than don’t book it. Its not as what you see in the hotel pics shown, room are very small, bathrooms are not clean. Included food is of no worth, dont take breakfast its complete waste of money. Its not. Hotel like hotel but more like make shift arrangement, spoons provided are dirty, no place to keep cloths in bathroom, intercom not working so every time have to go down for any room service. Kitchen on terrace and place to eat is again make shift no proper place to eat on terrace, you will find underwearand banyans being dried around on terrace. One word book other hotel.

very dirty and badly maintained rooms. Linens and towels were dirty and looked as if they have not been changed for weeks. Spring Mattress have worn out and not comfortable. Totally a bad experience

The rooms were not that clean. Ants and mosquitoes everywhere in the room. But yes food was fresh and very good

Property’s rooms were nice but the washroom was too smelly and also the bed sheet was dirty Services were okay okay only like there was note in our room that said I’m you can have coffee but that had timings but main problem was when we asked for spoon to have our lunch in the room they refused it quickly

1. no proper services 2. no hot water 3. staff are not that good at communication 4. ⁠main things the toilets are not clean 5. ⁠no proper food services on the breakfast and not clean

All Good. Very nice hotel. clean and location is very near to main highway. breakfast is very good. in total worth money spending
