The hotel is easily accessible. Very near to Railway Station. The staff are polite and helpful . Rooms are clean and well organized. Cost is also reasonable. Overall, a great experience.

Narrow road to access property, staff not professional, shower very slow, TV not working / broken. Staff not able to resolve issue. Airtel network coverage issue. In all poor.

Average stay considering one has to spend 1 night. Direct hotel booking price at reception is absurdly expensive than MMT.

first of all, they do not allocate the room that i have booked, they provide me the room they have. then there is no interior work in that room, its so plain, and the walls are dirty, then there is no intercom facility in that room, everytime we came out of room and ask what we want. overall the room is 3 out of 5, i can give more if they allocate me the room i booked

Good Stay
The place enjoys a good location, beside the main road, about 1KM from the Chennai Central Railway Station. However, there is no food or drinks available. One has to go outside restaurants which are plenty in the vicinity. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, Cleanliness can be improved.

overall ok but i paced one small bitter experience that is there are not provide hot breakfast is super and receptionist and servents are very polite behavior and boothrooms and rooms are very neatness

I was supposed to get city view room according to the description. But they provided me with some wall next to my window. Since I am claustrophobic this was hectic to me. And room was smelling really very bad. Terrible smell

Room was only clean , insects were there.. bedsit was torn, bathroom insects. staff did not come for cleaning until ask for 3 times . bad experience.
