The room was just okay, but the bathroom was terrible. The tap kept leaking all day and night. The commode had no spray jet and didn’t even flush . There was no ventilator window, so mosquitoes kept coming in, making it hard to sleep.

A poorly cleaned room in a musty old building! Broken door to dirty toilet! Dirty pillow, bed! Stayed for three hours and changed to another hotel! Sanjay Residency is bad for our money!

very worst, never coming again, for 3 people two cushions given, no cleanliness , no toilet is dirty and flush is broken and bathroom is very dirty, even not able to stay in bathroom more than a few minutes, and tape is also almost broken they got some jugad to run it and manager behaviour is horrible as he wants to say that if you take the worst room take location is very bad and dirty, I will say take other hotels or railway's retiring room it will be better.

Toilet is vary room also vary daty when i show picture mobile vary good room.

No cleaning no pillow they gave me bedsheet for putting on bed. How it was selected it for mmt. Mm t ig getting down

Due to continuous rain, the way of the residency is not pleasant. Building is very old. The building is under renovation condition. Maintanence is very poor. Take care. It will spoil your name.

The property is 200 m from the main road. There is no disturbance at all. Very peaceful environment. The property was also very clean and well maintained.

It's worth the money, in entire chennai no one can find any hotel in such affordable price and staff were so helping nature. I loved it, i would stay again on my next trip
