Upar hotel is too gud and staffs also very kind respectful but they need to improve their facilities cockroach are there then bedsheets they are not changing automatically if you want to change u need to inform otherwise they are not changing otherwise everythings gud

Mainly the location was difficult to find. Even maps got confused. Otherwise it was good.

The property is little bit inside but it is very nice and clean. Every delivery app is accessible to that location. Also you can walk upto the main road which is around 5-10 mins of walking . Good experience over-all

Pathetic experience, Dirty place , terrible washrooms , insects all over , terrible staff at reception...money waste .

The premises is neat and the rooms are well maintained. The property is located close to OMR and the IT hub in Thoraipakkam. Only issue I faced was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working.

Breakfast is very good. Tea or coffee could be provided. The room is nice. Quiet environment. Very nice. Staff are friendly.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable throughout. What really stood out was the staff—they were extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is located in a great locality with easy access to everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and transport options were all close by, which made getting around really convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider returning next time I’m in Chennai. Highly recommended!

The location is good, For the washroom door mat we need to call reception again and again. Only one towel they keep all the time, need to call them for everything.
