Stay was pleasant & comfortable ... neat & clean rooms good food. Best way to describe would be that it is surely value for money.

bad service, and there is a light that was flashing every 2 min even after off all the light .we didn't get a good sleep

Fumigation is needed in the rooms. No space for additional bed placement so had to share the queen size bed.

We stayed at apple residency 3rd consequtive times. The service staffs are very good. The restaurant serves delicious food at a very reasonable price. Non vegetariam dishes are superb, particularly the biriyani.

Our stay at the apple residency was simply value for money. We got everything as promised at the site.

The hotel was booked because it was closest to the tourism complex in chennai. The location is very convenient from the govt estate metro station. I had paid 1500- for one day stay. Practically i stayed there only for 8 hours. Normally the price includes breakfast. However, the hotel asked me to pay for 100 ml of coffee also. No kettle or tea coffee facility in the room. The sound proofing is not that great as some guests were talking very loudly and the hotel manager didn’t tell them to lower their volume. Cleanliness ok. Biggest plus point is only the location. Quite expensive for the facility and room size

Staffs with good behavior, helping attitude. Room is small but clean. Seen many small insects in the bathroom/bedroom, it is a concern. Overall okay.

Hotel is decent but owner seems to little aggressive when requested for early checkin. Anyway the other staff agreed for checkin with lilo extra money. Good hotel anyway, clean!

The rooms looked perfect but it had a stinking smell both in bathroom as well as in bed room, were ever you are in the room you can see cockroach running around you.

Bad hotel. Cockroaches and mosquitoes all over the room and rooms are terrible. Would never ever suggest anyone.

Booked for 3 nights and 2 days for a family of 4 members - 3 adults and 1 kid. Receptionist demanded 1k extra. Lot of baby cockroaches and mosquitoes will welcome in the room and washroom. Last day spent in cloud nine, for inflamed and swollen eyelids and allergic reaction from mosquito bite for my baby. Front desk staff is very courteous, obliged for 2hr extended stay without extra cost. 5⭐️ rating for the staff and service. Complimentary breakfast has only idli dose and poori. Place best suits office executives not for the family.
