they gave us a free upgrade to AC room. we were hoping to ensure a no nonsense non AC room but it was unbearable they gave us a free upgrade to AC room. we were hoping to ensure a no nonsense non AC room but it was unbearable suffocation

There were bugs and cocroaches in the room,we got so many bug bites, The AC was not working so we couldn't able to sleep whole night.The bathroom was so dirty.

Good location property, with easy access to Metro & other Transportation, Good Staff, only needs to be more transparent.

near metro station, near restaurants,good staff, neet and clean rooms all is good

It was a very wonderful experience. It is located near thousands lights metro.Their staff are very polite and humble.

The service and location were great, however there were some lack of cleanliness evident throughout the rooms.

Not clean. They have a tube running from outside to the inside of the washroom. This tube carries the water from ac and leave it inside. Water leaks whenever you flush.

Worst experience ever. Bathroom was very ugly. Flush wasn't working. Mattress was not good. Not enough space. Totally ugly space.

Stay was good with good facilities but the linen was dirty and damaged pillow cover was placed which is uncomfortable for us intercom was not working the socket was removed from its place.

Not at all good they didn't accept any our concern. I'm asking the compliment fresh and past they don't provided

Nice room And ambiance

Stay was average, room cleanliness was not there and towels and sheets were looking old and used. Washroom was also old. Overall it was below average room

The bed sheet was dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. It was dirty. Thankfully it was just for 1 night, if my stay was for more than that then i would definitely change the hotel. If you reading this review you guys definitely need to work on hygiene.

Terrible stay. The hotel located in small street where they asked me to park my bike in road. There is only one car parking and others need to park in road. Even the road parking is also near a ditch and you can see dozens of rats near the vehicle you parked. Not advisable for family or kids because of hygiene issues.

Horrible flat, no cleanliness, walls are damaged needs to be fixed with wall putty and painting, bed spread are to be changed with white color and existing one has holes and stains. Floors are not cleaned properly, dusty and sticky, bathroom commode are stained to be replaced, bathroom door inside is fungus to be repainted and bathroom electrical wires are hanging out to be fixed. Common facilities to be provided clean towel, soap, tooth paste and tooth brush.

Stay was good….. room was clean and staff are polite and location for access is good…restaurant available at walkable distance….
