The hotel is a beautiful property with a great ambiance and lovely surroundings, making it a pleasant place to stay. Overall, my experience was good; however, the service could have been better. If the staff’s attentiveness and responsiveness matched the quality of the property, it would have made the stay truly exceptional. Although the breakfast was exceptional and the property was clean and well-maintained, my experience was slightly affected as the bathroom jacuzzi wasn’t working. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with great potential.

Poor Stay
Location if very off the city in a residential colony. Small property of 5-6 rooms around an open lawn and pool with forest hill view. Rooms are good with nice comforts. But. . . No proper reception desk. Even our id validation not done at all. Very few staff that too local untrained 5-6 persons, running tips to toes. No intercom connectivity or call bell system. No billing system. . . Food was average, but very little choice breakfast. In morning check out, no one on desk to deposit cash, give proper bill receipt. So, we were late. In short, there was no proper working system and service was very meagre. Not a good experience.

What a beautiful place to stay and unwind! this villa is worth every penny. Food was good, service amazing! the staff is courteous and the villa is very well maintained. I'd definitely visit the place again.

Poor Stay
Poor experience. Even after confirmation of date modification they denied to check in. Staff forgot to give us drinking water and other mandatory things. Staff said we have to pay charges to burn fire which was there. No welcome. Tea maker was not cleaned. Not worthy, waste of money.

Relaxing, enjoyable and beautiful stay
With make my trip we got the best deal and stay with devraj villa in honeymoon suit. Rooms and bathroom were beautiful, clean and hygienic, timely room services. It is a lifetime experience to enjoy with family friends, for a safe, peaceful, calm, relaxing stay with scenic beauty around the villa, luxurious suites with open garden sit outs and beautiful pool aside. Villa staff is very polite, helpful and professional. Its owner and caretaker mr shurveer singh bhatia is a very cooperative and nice person who helped us with the guidance of our trip and travel-ling needs, on requirements he also helps in arranging cabs auto even in odd hours. Food: palasa restaurant within the villa offer tasty foods for every palate, we tried veg north indian cuisine, and their famous neapolitan pizza which tasted very good and for inhouse guest owner offered at discounted rates too. One must try thier tea or cofee in morning or evening near the pool they taste more with the soothing breezes and mesmerizing beauty of hills and nature nearby. Only con which we felt was its location (which is also a pulse point for natural beauty maintained )1. 5km inside from the main road and frequent commutation is difficult unless you have your own convenience else have the option to get auto/cab booked with 6 help of mr shurveer, as other cab services usually denies to come inside or charge higher.

familyAmazing experience, the checkin procedure, the rooms were just awesome. The owner mr. Singh is a wonderful person to interact with, he even let me settle in our room first before the actual checkin time was was in no hurry to take my details. The food, the service and the view ohh was mesmerizing. Will be coming back soon for sure. If there was a rating more than 5 stars, then would have gone for the highest there as well. Thank you mr. The location of the stay is very beautiful. It is not very far from the old city but if you are looking for a getaway from the chaos of the city it is perfect. The food is very tasty and the staff is very courteous and helpful. It was really an amazing experience.

Beautiful property
The property is beautiful and well maintained. It has a garden and pool too. The suite room was very good with a big area and at a reasonable cost. It also has a restaurant. The property is located far from the city and so if you want to relax ans stay at the property, then it is a very good deal

The owner is very rude person.
If you want to enjoy your holidays please do not book this property. The owner is very rude and he don't know how to talk. We were a group of 4 and we were enjoying music in our room. The owner came at 2 am night and start shouting on us. That this is not allowed you vacate the property right now. No information was given that u can not play music in your room also. When i complaint on make my trip then again he is like aap abhi khali karo. Mujhe nahi pata. There is no service. For everything u have go to downstairs. Even for water and all. Not even he is bothered to give you water. Forget about tea coffee. . Clear no if u want peace in your holidays.

Terrible Stay
It’s a decent retreat for nature lovers but the price doesn’t do justice to the property. There’s no room service, no phones to communicate for housekeeping and housekeeping is a bare service here so it’s next not to expect services. Water is usually chargeable as well. Not much for food, breakfast is just two dishes with one cup of tea or coffee. For me personally, the experience was less than enjoyable and i wish i’d booked someplace else.

groupLocation was very beautiful amid-st the forest. Food was amazing, we had lal maas, gutta curry etc. The rooms were very clean and they provided small heater as well since it was cold.
