Property is nice with beautiful surroundings full of nature. Well maintained with different types of plants and trees. Need to improve services. Lack of training in the staff and even after they are told of something no one is responding even after telling 3 times which surprised us. Requires attention on breakfast which was so so. Housekeeping staff disgusting. Kitchen incharge was good. 1 time visit property

Resort was at very good location, surrounded with lush green hills, staff was good and cooperative. Food and night folk dance was at its best. Room was good but bathroom amenities was not as per expectation.

Good place to stay

Overall, it was a good experience. There were certain places where it needs improvement, specially for in-room amenities like fridge. It was not working and even after requesting, the issue was not solved. Breakfast was delicious, served hot and made to order unlike many other hotels.

It was a pleasant stay here. Hotel location is a little bit interior but we reached easily. Room are big and clean. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The food was good. Hotel staff are also good.
