Great stay, excellent service and facilities, had been frequent guest at the hotel

Our stay was comfortable .Amazing deal from make my trip enhanced the experience. the hotel offers excellent amenities and services. the food cost was a little on the higher side.

The hotel location was good service was good also but we faced an issue with the toilet flush. Food prices are also expensive. Not a variety in complementary breakfast especially lack of sweet items and dishes.

Security breached. Before checkout only cleaning staff was cleansing the room with out being informed we were out and they using master key were inside room and this is totally breach of security and trust. Totally disappointed. Even fridge was also not working.

It was a good experience, the ambience and the service of the staff was upto point, the rooms were spacious and had the basic amenities. Though there was one issue related to the parking as there was not a proper parking available the car was to be parked outside causing safety concerns, otherwise the experience was good.

Excellent hospitality, polite and friendly staff. Food quality is also very good. Over all my experience was very good.

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and the buffet offered a lot of options. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Although the hotel is centrally located, it's near a public bus station. As a result, you'll always hear cars and buses honking. Also the hotel doesn't provide parking facilities, hence you'll have to park your vehicle under the bridge. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

Hotel stay was decent and hospitality was very good. Rooms were very flexible and food was also very nice.

The hospitality is great. The staff is extremely helpful and the guidance was very good. There are no car parking facilities that’s the only negative the food is delicious and trying the butter chicken is a must here

This hotel was so good in ambience with neat & clean rooms and bathrooms. They also have tasty food in their restaurant as well as good staff and best service with valet parking also. Swimming pool with city and valley view is soo good.
