Had a great staying experience from rooms to their services. Staffs are cooperative, rooms are clean, views are elegant, breakfast is delicious, roof top dining is awesome.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Udaipur and had a lovely experience overall. The property is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by natural beauty, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambience was truly serene. The breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety and quality. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, adding to the pleasant experience. The only downside is that the hotel is located quite far from the main city and popular attractions, so commuting can take some time. However, if you’re looking for a calm and scenic place to unwind, this is a great option. Would recommend for those who prefer a quiet stay away from the city hustle.

Room was big and clean,hygiene washroom,modern amenities,nice view,clean infinity swimming pool,staff was friendly and helpful,tasty limited breakfast,away from city-peaceful.

We had a very comfortable stay at Surmaya hotel, Udaipur. Location a bit far from main city but beautifully built with modern amenities, rooms are very spacious. Food is nicely and deliciously prepared, however, serving staff requires some training to cater better. Overall wonderful experience, must visit for stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this hotel. We booked three rooms for seven members, including a child. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a TV, fridge, AC, comfortable beds, good lighting, mirrors, furniture, and a lovely balcony. The bathrooms were also clean and spacious. Although the early February weather was quite cold, making it difficult to enjoy the swimming pool, our overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and a special mention goes to Kara, the adorable little dog who made our stay even more delightful! While all the facilities were top-notch (5/5), the restaurant food was average (3/5). Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

Location is outside of the city very clam . Staff is good.Breakfast is also fine.rooms are big with good views.Water heater not work properly.it takes more than 1 hour to fill the bathtub.water heater’s capacity is very low

We checked-in into a clean and organised room. After that we straight away went to their restaurant as we were hungry after all the travelling. The restaurant served us with delicious food and also the quantity was worth the price. We also had a small conversation with the owner regarding some advice on the commute and local market and he guided us very nicely. The staff was also very helpful and patient. Overall, our experience was very satisfying.

This is a fantastic property, delicious food, great value for money and washroom is neet & clean, fast service, staff behaviour is very friendly.

Booked this for family (with kid) as i was looking for peaceful stay with good views and decent rooms. Saw positive reviews here and went ahead to book. Now i regret this decision. First let's talk about positives: 1. Location: location is good, serene with some good cityscape views and can really enjoy sunset. Not too far away from city if you have own vehicle. 2. Rooftop restaurant. 3. Large rooms with decent amenities. 4. Plenty of greenery. 5. Service was decent and they attempt to solve your problems. Now this ends here. The list of terrible things are so off-putting that i will never again book here. 1. Rooftop restaurant stays open till 3 am and there are lot of outside guests for late night dinner. Restaurant has loud irritating live music, and entire design of building is such that live music is heard everywhere - even inside rooms. 2. Outside guests who just visits restaurants create lot of noise and ruckus. Again the design of building is such that access to restaurant and common lobby area of rooms are in proximity. When restaurant is full, they sit in common lobby area (sofa) and make huge noises. I had to personally complain at 2:30 am to reception area (two times) to get things sorted. This happened on both the nights of my stay. They have some booze very late night and then keep on talking loudly on phones. So, if you are looking for peaceful stay - absolutely stay away from this so called hotel. This is not a hotel for family stay, as you will get disturbed till late night. The owner should really take a note of this and work on offering good stay for customers. Other minor hiccups (i call this minor, because the worst part was me, my wife and kid were not able to sleep on both nights) - tv remote not working, made multiple complaints but was not attended. Finally had to use ir blaster on my phone. - fan remote was not working so fan worked only on full mode. - swimming pool was dirty - found cigarette in the morning. - bedsheet was stained. - hair dryer was not working. - breakfast menu is very limited. The quality of food is average. The only saving grace was that service staff seemed to be gentle and attempted to solve problems. But really, they did not know how to solve it. Not worth the money they charge.
