“Disrespectful Staff & Poor Room Service Disappointing Stay”

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely disrespectful, especially during our time at the swimming pool, which completely ruined our enjoyment. Additionally, the room had multiple issues—both the AC and refrigerator were not working, and despite repeatedly informing the hotel, they were never repaired during our stay. We had booked the stay for three adults, but the hotel only provided amenities for two. Every single time, we had to call room service for basic things like towels and drinking glasses, which was very frustrating. Overall, poor service and a lack of attention to guest comfort. Would not recommend staying here.

The location is good, but the way the contact person has replied was not good. I was first time in udaipur and when i ask him to send a location, he asked me to listen to me first instead of roaming here and there. It’s this people are in the hospitality industries and they should be cut enough to listen the customer first.

ac is not working i complained at 9:30 pm .hotel staff coming and check and said we have to check another room because 8 ac have same outdoor. we check and comeback to resolve this. but no one come .we complain again said that they will come but not come . very worst experience.my daughter can't sleep well. before check in you have to idea about ac and fridges are working or not. rooms is 100% better than this hotel. did not expect this type hotel .

Decent hotel but lacks hospitality specially at reception
