I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely disrespectful, especially during our time at the swimming pool, which completely ruined our enjoyment. Additionally, the room had multiple issues—both the AC and refrigerator were not working, and despite repeatedly informing the hotel, they were never repaired during our stay.
We had booked the stay for three adults, but the hotel only provided amenities for two. Every single time, we had to call room service for basic things like towels and drinking glasses, which was very frustrating. Overall, poor service and a lack of attention to guest comfort. Would not recommend staying here.
