The staff were very polite and cooperative. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the food was also quite good. The swimming pool was enjoyable and a great place to relax.

Excellent stay. Hotel is suitably located near all primary attractions and the ambiance is quite niche. The staff is well behaved and professional and the rooms are quite nice.

It’s a Decent Hotel, Location is in city but not close to all attractions. Pool is fine but as it’s on ground floor and near to residential area, It’s not that attractive. Food is fine.

Average stay. Location is far from the city centre, rooms are not that great and staff is also not courteous. Staff doesn't even know the timing for hi-tea or breakfast. Breakfast timing was stated as 7:30, while breakfast was served after 8:40. The only good thing was probably the rooftop restaurant.

Hotel Rooms are not Good. Hotel People are not providing water more than 2 bottles. Room Service Ladies are theft. they stole our Diamond Earrings Rings from bag worth 40k. overall Hotel Experience is so terrible they shut down light of porch at 7 pm. Room lights were not working properly. AC was not working properly.

Food was not good also not like the environment , staff was very supportive and nature of staaf was very good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

(3) Hotel restaurant is pure veg while you have not speciefied that is pure veg restaurant. (4) Towels are not available. (5) Hairdryer is not available in washroom. (6) Iron/Ironing Board is not available in the room. (7) Napkin, Foot mat is not available in the room.

Property is situated at an excellent location, the food they serve is delicious. However the housekeeping need to be improved, rooms are not cleaned properly and proper hygeine is not maintained before arrival of new guest i.e. some unwanted material of previous guests were not cleaned/removed by the housekeeping/maintenance staff. Such act does not portray positive image of the hotel in the mind of guests

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience. The check-in was smooth and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and it made getting around very easy. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from the team – they made me feel taken care of at every step. The breakfast had a good variety and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and value for money. I’d be happy to come back again.

My recent stay at The Bellyta and Belita Spa was profoundly disappointing due to multiple, significant issues. The room had a persistent foul smell, and basic amenities were non-functional, including the lights and several electrical switches, which created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. This was compounded by an unprofessional staff and a generally poor atmosphere that made the hotel feel more like a neglected budget room than a reputable establishment. The overall experience was completely unacceptable, and I would urge others to consider these severe deficiencies before booking.

The hotel stay was decent overall. The rooms were clean, and we were given exactly the same room we had booked through MakeMyTrip, which was appreciated. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. However, the food was a major letdown — overpriced and lacking in taste. Additionally, anything we ordered took almost an hour to arrive, and only after repeated follow-up calls. This aspect really affected the overall experience. If the food and service delays are improved, it would make for a much better stay
