Terrible Stay
Most pathetic hotel in entire world. As a guest you can’t even expect a welcome drink or even mineral water from their end .forget about hygiene and peace.they even don’t let you sit there in waiting area peacefully as they never turn on Ac so that anyone can wait there comfortably.many guests were using papers and pamphlets to get rid of mosquitoes and heat in waiting area.Rooms and toilets were not clean.they don’t have even toilet paper.you will get dirtiest towels and linen on bed.

Day 1 was not good as the room doesn't look fresh seems that proper housekeeping not done after Mt complaint the cleaning was done and day 2 and 3 it looked really fresh and as per standar

Excellent location, smooth check in & nice rooms. Staff is courteous & helpful. Has a nice rooftop bar. 24 hours reception desk. Reliance mart right opposite the hotel. Car parking is available but limited capacity. Breakfast is basic

GOOD HOTEL WHICH NEEDS SLIGHT MAINTENANCE
The hotel is very well located and has nice cozy rooms, but it is lacking on the maintenance and housekeeping part. There was leakage of water from the Airconditioning system on the room floor, which was reported at the front desk. The bed linen were not changed after the last occupants stay. We could not report it earlier as we noticed it only at the time of going to bed late night. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good and had variety, with good service.

Very bad!! Terrible experience
familyI was given downgraded room even after i told them i had booked higher category room. They said they don’t have the room i booked so instead of giving me a better room they gave me a smaller room. Ac wasn’t working beds were bad Total rubbish staff

Property is okish i stayed in luxury room and the experience was not great especially with cleaning and rust at most of the parts in room. Washrooms can be maintained clean.

great experience in this hotel. The staff is good and helpful. The room is neat and clean... the housekeeping service is also very good.. breakfast meal is also very good... and the hotel is located in a very nice place...

Pros: hotel is good. It's location is also good and staff is polite. Cleanliness was also at-par. Cons: only 1 guest elevator. There is one service lift as well, but it's very small. Food is very costly, so people can explore outside options.

Poor Stay
Place is poorly maintained, and it's not newly renovated as it says, it's unlike anything vesta maurya jaipur, lot of dust, rust around, no room readiness for guests, theirs vast scope of improvement in their maintenance and service, poor spread of breakfast buffet.

Great hotel
Hotel is good, location is great and the ambience is also top notch. The rooms are quite spacious. The service is also good Few cons: the bedsheet was two single sheets combined and there was gap in between so it was uncomfortable. Parking space is very less, side and front of compound, else you need to park on road. There was no dental kit, though handwash, shower gel and shampoo was there. Check out time was shown as 12pm and one person at reception told us that its 10pm after showing him the booking he told its okay. the other lady at reception told me that its 12pm only so keep that in mind.

Poor Stay
My wife and son recently stayed at hotel vesta grand, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the premium price tag that we paid for a premium room, the hotel failed to deliver even the most basic standards of comfort and service. Series of issues they faced, bathroom taps not working, limited breakfast menu, for the price they charge, there not even a 3 star menu in the breakfast, dirty linen in the room and toiletries were missing, they had to request them multiple times from the staff, who brought them only after repeated reminders. The staff appeared inattentive and unresponsive, further adding to the unpleasant experience. Overall, this hotel is nowhere close to being worth its price. Udaipur has tons of options, i would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and look for better options. Stay away

Booked luxury stay but no luxury
The stay was okayish, there was no balcony in the room because of which there was no proper ventilation. The flush in toilet was worse it took 30 mins to flush, which was so irritating. Also all the touristy places in udaipur are at a minimum 10 minutes ride from the hotel. The pillows on the bed were too bad we had a neck ache while checking out.
