My Experince for the stay of 3 days was good. Hotel staff is very helpful . Rooms ambiance was also good only things need to be improved are 1) Bright lights near mirror 2) proper curtains/ sunshades for windows specially in bathroom.

it is amazing place to stay, but the breakfast options is too less according to the place , bathtub was not ready with flower petals i expected that, jacuzzi have time boundaries, all staff is very nice and polite , very corporative all over i love the stay but i expected according to the price some welcome coconut water, 🛁 bathtub should be ready with flower petals check in should be on time, as they expect the guest should be checked out on time.. my checked in was delayed by half n hour

A Mixed Stay at Hotel Downtown Prime Udaipur: Luxury Car Owners Beware! My recent stay at Hotel Downtown Prime in Udaipur presented a mixed bag of experiences, with some significant drawbacks that prospective guests, particularly those with luxury vehicles, should be aware of. On the positive side, the hotel staff, on average, demonstrated a cooperative attitude, which was appreciated. However, this positive was unfortunately overshadowed by a deeply frustrating encounter with the valet service. Upon retrieving my Mercedes, I discovered noticeable scratches that were unequivocally not present when I handed over the vehicle. When confronted, the valet staff outright denied any responsibility, which was both unhelpful and disheartening. For any luxury car owner considering this hotel, I strongly advise parking your vehicle yourself or proceeding with extreme caution; there is a distinct risk involved. Beyond the valet issue, two other significant disturbances impacted the quality of my stay. My room faced directly onto a bank, and I was subjected to loud banging noises emanating from that direction well into the early hours of the morning, often until 2 AM. This severely disrupted my sleep, and unfortunately, there was nothing I could do to mitigate the disturbance. As if that wasn't enough, a rat made an unwelcome appearance in my room around midnight or 1 AM, further adding to the discomfort and significantly disturbing my peace. While some aspects of the stay were acceptable, the combination of the irresponsible valet service, the incessant noise from the neighboring bank, and the unwelcome rodent visitor made for a far from ideal experience. Potential guests should weigh these factors carefully before booking, especially if a peaceful night's sleep and the safety of their vehicle are priorities.

The hotel was really awesome even the guy on reception was really nice but I lost my anklets near the jacuzzi and they said they didn't see anything but when I left from the place the guy who cleans jacuzzi he came and he cleaned that place for next group and I left my anklets on table it can't even fall down as it was in the middle of the table and under the light I am 1000% sure that my anklets were there on the table I can't blem the staff there but it's impossible that they did not see the anklets it's was silver but with diamonds on it and it was really special for me even now I request if you find it please return it

The room was amazing and was also very clean The food was also very good and the location also is quite good as many important places of attraction like city palace are within 4 to 5 kms from hotel I really enjoyed my stay
