1. Firstly from reception to staaf is not supported. 2. Getting one thing. We have to tell them 5 time 3. Bathroom is wrost. Not clean and also there was no hot water 4. Eventhough telepnone was not work. 5 tv unit was not work. Its very bad experience

Worst experience in mahima palace hotel - never book.

Worst experience anyone can have. When we checked in it was already past 1 hour of checkin time, the receptionist guy said they need more 30-45 mins to clean the room, we agreed. Then after few minutes he allotted room. Then after when we were moving out for lunch we got to know that room main door is not having hook to lock. When i called manager and told this he said that what is the need to room the lock. Means he meant that keep your assets as it is and have room unlocked which was shocking of us. We demanded for another room. After again few mins he allotted third category room. Then we also faced frequent power outage. Worst is yet to happen. When my family members were in lift there was a power outage and they were stuck inside lift. We called manager and he was clue less that what to do now. Even there was no generator. My parents stuck-ed in lift for 15 mins. Then anyhow we rescue them by pulling from lift since it was in middle of two floors, even my mother got injured in this. We immediately went out in search of other hotel and checked out of this mahima palace hotel. Even that manager was asking sir what happened why you are checking out, i told him what you expect me to do? instead he said this things happens. I agree such things happens but the service you gave and the actions you take in emergency is equally important. I don’t want to risk my family members for next two days in same hotel. Final verdict- don’t book this hotel. We had 2 nights 3 days of booking worth 6700- and we checked out within 4 hours. Worst experience of my life. The service is pathetic, staff is pathetic. Inf-act there is no staff hardly 2-3 boys and a manager who are clueless when we ask for something. Worst experience at mahima palace hotel. We checked out just in 3-4 hours of check in. We had a loss of around 6700 rs. Management is worst. Manager and staff is clueless when asked for anything.

Dirty and rude behaviour

coupleNot clean, rude behaviour, no hand wash, dirty bed sheet, white spots on pillow ( i told them to change but they didn’t) i won’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Terrible Stay

our stay was very pathetic. Nothing is there which shows in picture. Following things which need to be addressed 1. Bed is not comfortable at all. All linen was in very pathetic. 2. Louts of dust in room. Louts of cobweb in room. 3. No glasses and cups in room. Which very basic. 4. No toiletries in room. 5. Used towl was kept in washroom. Only single towel for 2 person. 6. Tv was not working. 7. No intercom in room. Overall it's not value for money. Thanks

Not at all worth hotel

Room was not cleaned- it had dusty table chair and wordrobe, bedsheets were old, they did i not provided towels and all toiletries, bathroom was getting clogged and were smelling really very bad. Even after asking to clean it was still smelling. Shower was not working they did not even provide bucket we had to ask for multiple time. Tv, wifi and phone was not working. I am not at all satisfied with service
