This property is located near a butcher shop. It smells very bad . The bedsheets were not clean. Lifts were not working. No parking space for vehicle. Very bad stay

I have not received that room which i booked. The room i received was very dirty, no lanchat in washroom, pillow and blanket was very dirty and hospitality was not satisfactory, also the receptionist was very rude.

I complained about not providing wifi though it was written in hotel profile, the agent and the lead of customer service didn't provide any resolution they kept arguing with me it was irritating and make me feel like we can't make any budget booking.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, he tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance.
