I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Belita Hotel and Spa in Udaipur, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front office team, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out—they were always ready with a smile, eager to assist with any request, and offered excellent local recommendations that made my trip even more special. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay, they remained attentive and accommodating. The THE BELITA HOTEL AND SPA itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms, a relaxing spa, and a serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the charm of Udaipur. But what really set this stay apart was the genuine hospitality of the staff—especially those at the front desk. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Udaipur who values personalized service and warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!

it is a mixed experience. the THE BELITA HOTEL AND SPA looks great with good hygiene however the hospitality lacks experienced staff, no welcoming gestures or smiles on face. the menu had some interesting dishes however most of them appeared to be not available. The spa did not have a vibe at all and the staff hardly bothered to explain anything. the breakfast menu was okay. they can improve their service on roof top by installing the mosquito killing machines as the insects were eating are food more than us during the evening time. for using the air deck they charge per person .. the dinner did not feel worth having. overall an average experience in terms of food but surely great if you need to just use rooms for stay.

The Stay was very Comfortable,The Staff was very Courteous and Co-operative,They went out of the way many times to help us ignoring their Rules, Would Definitely Recommend to stay there,Their Rooftop Restaurant is also very nice having a Beautiful View,The Breakfast was also very nice having a long Menu,Thumbs up from our end

Hotel is good to stay!! Only this missing in room is hot cattle and work table which is now very common.Front office staff very supportive and with smiling face 😊. Food quality is really good.

Stay was comfortable and hassle free with good services. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Tea, green tea and coffee can be made in room with available packs.

Best place for stay I really recommend to stay here so please give them chance and food was also very delicious and staff is very friendly
