One of the worst properties I’ve ever visited
One of the worst properties I’ve ever visited. Staff behavior, especially from Dharampal and Naresh, is shockingly arrogant and unprofessional. They lack even basic manners and courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. They charge like a 5-star property but provide service that’s worse than a roadside dhaba. The food quality is terrible – cold, unappetizing, and completely messy. Despite offering no spa services, they falsely advertise it by adding “spa” to the property’s name – which is misleading and unethical. With such staff and pathetic service, it’s hard to imagine this place lasting long. If Dharampal and Naresh continue their behavior unchecked, this property is heading straight for shutdown. Totally disappointed and would not recommend Ramya Royal to anyone.

It's good. We got an upgrade. Drainage system is not good. Food is good. Rooms are big. Overall good experience

Wonderful ressort in udaipu
Wonderful experience. Staff were very humble and cooperative. Prompt service. Food is so good they prepare fresh food and also as per your requirement.

Stay was fantastic, it is a beautiful property s rounded by mountain. Food quality is very good specially sev tamatar sabji.

Poor Stay
Location is interior area, breakfast is very good, amenities andservice is poor. Bathroom drainage system is very poor. Most important thing if u have booked room f for 2 nights for 2 child and 2 adult then u have to sleep all in one single bed. If u have booked offline then and then they give extra bedsheet.
