Hotel savi was worst. If i talk about cleanliness i asked to change bedsheets twice washroom were not at all clean. Even breakfast was not fresh. Checkin process was time taking not at all happy with there service

The room we were given inside the hotel had a faulty door lock. There was water leakage inside the bathroom and the breakfast was average.

terrible place. completely mismanaged.. seems like they are short of staffs…basic things like door lock keys/ hot water are not working. one of the staff member told me that hotel was shut down sometime back and we are trying to run it again.

Everything about this hotel is nice. The location is just walking distance from all major tourist attractions in udaipur. And everything else is also nice. The rooms were clean. Hotel staff was supportive

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at hotel savi satyaprakash. The experience was far below any reasonable standard. The hotel was severely understaffed, leading to long wait times and poor service. The rooms were dirty and unkempt, with broken bathroom doors and a complete lack of basic toiletries. Despite multiple requests, no service was provided. It's disheartening to encounter such negligence from a hotel. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this establishment.

The property rooms are generally satisfactory, but there are several critical areas that require immediate attention and improvement: non-functional intercom system: the intercom system was not operational, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Lack of hot water: the bathroom had no hot water, which is a basic necessity for guest comfort. Unclean bedding: the quilts and bed sheets provided were not clean, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. Subpar food quality and quantity: the food served was both inadequate in quantity and disappointing in quality, failing to meet even basic expectations. Poor hygiene standards: hygiene throughout the property was well below acceptable standards and requires urgent attention. Unpleasant washroom odor: the washroom was plagued by a persistent, unpleasant odor, which greatly impacted the overall experience. I trust these issues will be promptly addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Our stay had a few ups and downs. While the room was clean and the staff provided good service, there were several issues that affected our experience. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. After 10:30 pm, food was unavailable, and the quality of what was offered was disappointing.
