At the time of check inn receptionist Girl had taken a lot time to confirm my booking thereafter handed me over keys of already occupied room and that room was also been accessible when I told her she was like you have been provided another room and also she wasn't having regret for her mistake. they rather prefer direct customers than customer having booking from MMT.had to ask for towel,hot water.. they provide 2 bottles of 500 ml water per room which also I had to request for. and if you ask for another water than they charge for it.Breakfast was also poor not much variety and gets ready to serve around 8:45.cleanliness zero. overall very poor stay and highly arrogant receptionist. I do not recommend anyone to waste their money where you don't find basic facilities and small respect for money you paid. security - you can understand that already occupied room keys were provided to us and when accessed there were guest in that room so think twice or thrice before booking this hotel when you travel with family. overall poor stay. only good thing about this hotel is that they provide spacious room.
