My overall experience for staying this hotel is amazing. Hospitality and hygiene is also good. Staff is welcoming and good in terms of nature

very poor reception staff behaviour , also food quality not so good , AC not working, washroom not cleaned, even water bottle not available in available in room

The staff was not very co-operative and we had to face many inconveniences. The receptionist’s behaviour was not professional at all. The rooms were good but the restaurant was not upto the mark.

The stay lasted for 2 days. The hotel is very underrated for the quality of the rooms and services. it's close to any 3 star hotel that I have stayed it. The experience and the cost are totally justified.

A perfectly located hotel near the Fateh sagar lake, with very economic prices, made it a great stay. Service was fast, and staff helpful and responsive.
