The recent accommodation experience was significantly substandard. The lodging, while overpriced, lacked essential amenities. A reported air conditioning malfunction in the initial room necessitated a prolonged wait for resolution. Traveling with a two-year-old child from Delhi exacerbated the situation. After multiple room changes, a functional air conditioning unit was eventually secured. The condition of both the bathrooms and rooms, characterized by unpleasant odors and unclean linens, was unacceptable. Visual representations of the property were found to be misleading. A notable deficiency was the absence of complimentary drinking water, with bottled water incurring an additional charge. A formal legal complaint regarding consumer deception is planned. @makemytrip, we request your immediate attention to this matter. Photographic evidence is available.

Even for an early one hour check-in, they charged me 500 rupees. No dental kit was provided. Even the water bottle is not complimentary. So in a nutshell everything was average.

There is lot of cockroaches in the washroom, bedsheet was also broken, water loggin problem was also there in washroom. I stayed for 3 nights in the hotel, every-time when i go outside in the morning i used to give key to the reception so they can do housekeeping but they didn't done on 1st day, then next day i specifically told them to do housekeeping in the room, still they cleaned only room & washroom was not cleaned on 2nd day also, on 3rd day i specifically told them to clean the room & also the washroom. I given 2 star only because of there food. Food of the hotel was really good in taste and also at very reasonable rates. So that's plus point. But hotel experience was pathetic.

It was nice place, clean and very well maintained, staff was well behaved, I had main problem with electricity. They don't have back up for power supply. Because of its not on road so many times i had faced problems for transportation like auto, cab. Food was okay, restaurant service was slow. Otherwise all good 👍.

Actually room was given was not the same as i booked. Service was only ok. Food quality was very bad. Hospital staff was ok. Overall my experience was not so good. I was expecting more. As i spent a lot of money. I was allotted room number 305. Which was room with kitchen. But there was nothing in kitchen. While i had booked room with private balcony. Very disappointed. At last hostel staff apologies for their own cleverness. But i was very disappointed
