poor eminities, geyser was not working and staff was very rude. breakfast was not available even I chose complementary breakfast. my that money got wasted. we were 3 persons and when I asked for towel, owner girl told that sab kuch nhi mil sakta. very poor experience dont go there

Poor service, staff and rooms, breakfast was not given even after i paid for complementary breakfast. Geyser was not working, staff was very arrogant, and owner also. Please dont stay there, it is a total waste of money

Stay at hotel was good and comfortable. Staff and service was good rooms were clean. Location was advantage near to many tourist places. Breakfast was ok and can be improved. Good hotel for family stay

We had good stay in the hotel, hotel was quite clean and has provided all basic amenities under the budget category. Food provided in bfast was also tasty and last not the least the behaviour of all staff members was very nice. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay under budget category.

Don't Depend or Don't believe in others'reviews, If you are visiting Udaipur just go blindly, The Hospitality service by all Hotels are great in terms of Room service, Room cleaning, Rest rooms and main budget friendly rooms with no extra misleading charges. Coming back to our recent stay at Gyangarh, the hotel location is great. Rooms are clean and well maintained lift and foyer are neat and clean. Reception area has wide space for sitting। they have water cooler on 2nd floor and roof top restaurant on 5th Floor। over all its nice experience

Not good sty and chekin time room not clear and sling fain full dusty room coffe and tea not available chekin time

The hotel is very good but the service and maintenance is poor. On the basis of demand services management try their best efforts to fulfill their very less available human resources. The team is polite and cooperative.

Decent services, require proper housekeeping and locks and accessories are broken need to repair, ac remote missing and tv recharge expired, no light fuse in bathroom.

Every thing was below average, rooms, linens, bathrooms, long power shut down in mid night. No power back up installed. Poorly managed hotel.

Its a fine place to stay, staff is good, however when i arrive they have given me a small room of around 150sqft. While i have booked a room of 225sqft, then after a discussion with manager there, they changed the room. At that point i thought they were cheating, but after they changed the room, the behaviour of staaf was good, services was good, food was also good.

Very poor cleaning of room and bathroom. No parking facility. But good behaviour of staff and easy to reach the hotel location.

Not stayed due to hotel locked in the early morning sorry to say it what can i say more about it so please kindly don't colobrate with such hotel

Staff behaviour not polite. Limited food options food quality average bathroom clean but camod flush not working properly and towels are not up to the mark

Rooms are so and so. Room service is not too good but location is good near by sukhadia circle approaching.

It was good hotel, neat n clean, staff was supporting and good. But washroom was not that clean. Otherwise it was good experience

The toilet was not clean at all and they have charge 800₹ more

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed. The room was tidy no hot water no heating in rooms in this winter season no room cleaning break fast you got 2 dishes plus bread and jam no fruits or juices no non veg or egg the toilets wc is filthy

Dirty bedsheets n pillows seems they were not changed since the previous guests left, no towels, uncleaned bathroom, reception doesn’t answer the call, have to follow up multiple times for requested service which should have been taken care by hotel before allotting room like dth box/changing bedsheets, used dirty mop for mopping the floor there was smell all over the room.

Hotel gyanghar is good hotel staff was very cooperative and polite. Overall i liked my stay in gyanghar. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my trip
