Dear Sir ,we do not have a swimming pool facility. Guest can access complimentary pool at our group of hotel through a special package via MakeMyTrip. Pools was closed temporarily on Holi festival.

Apart from this, we hope our highly maintained rooms, the prime location of the hotel, the widespread menu for the buffet breakfast, Delicious Food, ambiance and many other things which you may have observed during your stay with us have allowed us to make your stay memorable. To avoid this kind of issue we have already placed information board in all rooms. It clearly states that for hot water availability during off-hours, please inform us well in advance, as it takes time for the boiler to deliver warm water to the room. Additionally, we offer a wake-up call service to help avoid any inconvenience related to this issue. Once again, we would like to apologize regarding the inconvenience caused to you. We are confident that next time whenever you give us the chance to serve to you or your referring guests, we will give our best to make you happy and comfortable.
